Daily Reflection: Wednesday, September 15

Wednesday, September 15

Our Lady of Sorrows is the feast that we celebrate today. We remember the pain that Mary went through during her lifetime and the bond that grew even stronger between her and her Son through these sorrowful experiences. We say that Mary is Our Mother too and as such she joins us whenever we experience challenges in our lives that come to us…and they can be numerous and long suffering. As she stood close to Jesus during his sufferings, she stands close to us also. Our Lady of Sorrows, pray for us.
