Family & Youth Faith Formation
Our Mission & Vision
We are committed to Ministry with Youth and Young Adults, walking alongside our young people as disciples, leaders, and active members of the Church, while also supporting families as the primary educators of the faith. Our office serves as a resource to promote learning and formation at home, empowering parents to guide their children’s spiritual growth.
We offer a Whole Family Catechesis model, where families gather once a month for parish sessions, and parents continue as the primary educators during the off weeks. Our religious education classes (CCD/PREP) are for children in levels 1–8, helping them grow in faith and understanding. For students entering out of sequence, our Bridges program (middle and high school) offers a welcoming path to build a strong foundation and become fully engaged in their faith journey.
Our programs include sacramental preparation for First Holy Communion (2nd grade), First Reconciliation (5th grade), and Confirmation (8th grade), providing a comprehensive faith formation experience for children and families.
Youth Ministry
Our Youth Ministry program serves middle school and high school students, creating a space where teens can belong, grow, and live out their faith. Through gatherings, service projects, prayer experiences, and social events, young people deepen their relationship with Christ while building meaningful friendships within the parish community. Youth Ministry is a place to explore faith, serve others, and have fun—everyone is welcome.
Young Adult Ministry (18+)
Our Young Adult Ministry provides fellowship, prayer, discussion, and service opportunities for ages 18 and above. Whether in college, starting a career, or raising a family, young adults are invited to deepen their faith, connect with peers, and grow as active members of the Church. All are welcome - come as you are and grow with us.
Our Core Pillars
Our comprehensive approach to faith formation is grounded in the eight pillars outlined by the Church:
Advocacy – Standing with and for our youth and young adults
Catechesis – Passing on the teachings of our Catholic faith
Community Life – Building meaningful relationships rooted in Christ
Evangelization – Proclaiming the Good News
Justice and Service – Living out our faith through service and compassion
Leadership Development – Empowering young people and adults to lead
Pastoral Care – Supporting youth and young adults in all aspects of their lives
Prayer and Worship – Growing in a vibrant sacramental life
Ministry thrives when the whole parish is involved. If you - or someone you know - feel called to be part of this mission, we invite you to reach out. There are many ways to serve, mentor, support, and pray for our young people and families.
