St. Francis Community Center (LBICC, Inc.) is seeking a motivated and experienced Case Manager to join our team in our Toms River location. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting participants in achieving meaningful employment and long-term self-sufficiency. If you are passionate about helping individuals reach their goals and have strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills, we invite you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate daily job readiness workshops and group sessions.
Provide individualized career coaching and support, including skill assessment and goal setting.
Develop and implement personalized employment plans with actionable job search strategies.
Assist clients with resume writing, application processes, and interview preparation.
Identify and connect clients with suitable employment opportunities through employer outreach and job market research.
Maintain accurate and timely client records and documentation in compliance with program guidelines.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance program delivery and ensure participant success.
Support clients in attaining industry-valued credentials.
Build and maintain partnerships with local employers, training providers, and community organizations.
Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
Prior experience in employment services, workforce development, or human services is preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Experience working with diverse populations and addressing employment barriers.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and online job search platforms.
Compensation:
Starting at $20/hour, commensurate with experience.Days/Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
