    Job Description:

    St. Francis Community Center (LBICC, Inc.) is seeking a motivated and experienced Case Manager to join our team in our Toms River location. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting participants in achieving meaningful employment and long-term self-sufficiency.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Facilitate daily job readiness workshops and group sessions.

    • Provide individualized career coaching and support, including skill assessment and goal setting.

    • Develop and implement personalized employment plans with actionable job search strategies.

    • Assist clients with resume writing, application processes, and interview preparation.

    • Identify and connect clients with suitable employment opportunities through employer outreach and job market research.

    • Maintain accurate and timely client records and documentation in compliance with program guidelines.

    • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance program delivery and ensure participant success.

    • Support clients in attaining industry-valued credentials.

    • Build and maintain partnerships with local employers, training providers, and community organizations.

    • Perform additional related duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.

    • Prior experience in employment services, workforce development, or human services is preferred.

    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

    • Experience working with diverse populations and addressing employment barriers.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and online job search platforms.

    Compensation:
    Starting at $20/hour, commensurate with experience.

    Days/Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
