Tuesday, April 23
“My sheep hear my voice…I know them and they follow me.” This is from today’s Gospel at Mass. Part of hearing is really listening. We are bombarded with so much noise today that we have developed the ability to have “selective listening” and can easily not hear something that is important. Jesus invites us to follow him and pay attention to him and how he lives and responds to people and situations, means that we take time and are attentive to all that he is. This helps us to truly follow him and be effective witnesses.
