Daily Reflection: Thursday, August 26

August 26, Thursday of the the 21st Week in Ordinary Time.

We have been reassured about you, brothers and sisters, in our every distress and affliction through your faith. 

For we now live, if you stand firm in the Lord.  (1 Thes 3:7-8)

 Does my faith mean anything to anyone else?  Saint Paul said that the Thessalonians’ faith kept him alive.  It may be that your faith or mine is sustaining someone in affliction.
