Daily Reflection: Tuesday, July 18
Tuesday of the Fifteenth Week in Ordinary Time
Jesus began to reproach the towns where most of his mighty deeds had been done, since they had not repented. (Mt 11:20)
Let those who have ears, hear! The people in the towns where Jesus ministered heard what he said and saw what he did, but it just washed over them. What a tragedy! They could have had a new way of life and experienced the Lord’s presence always with them. It is a pointed reminder to us to pay attention to what the Lord does for us, to give thanks and to be changed.
