Saints of God, the Lord be with you. In today’s Gospel according to Luke [10: 13-16], Jesus says to the 72 sent out on mission, “Whoever listens to you, listens to me…”. St. Therese of Lisieux, whose memorial we celebrate today understood that it is not enough to simply listen to the Lord; we must also act on what we have heard. What will you do to give flesh to what you have heard in the Gospel today?
