Spiritual Direction
About
Our parish has four certified Spiritual Directors offering free spiritual direction. They have been trained to listen to the person they are with in collaboration with the Holy Spirit. If you are interested in a deeper relationship with God or are searching for a better understanding of the actions of God’s grace in your life, this ministry may be able to help you in your quest.
Thomas Keating advises that Spiritual Direction “…is not so much being told what to do as being encouraged to do what we know God and our conscience are asking us to do.” The Holy Spirit is an important participant in all sessions.
Meetings are one on one and can be in person or by video call or by phone call.
