Five chances to win in each book. Tickets are sold in booklets only. The books cost $100. The bearer is entitled to win all five vehicles. Each book may carry more than one name. Joint ownership is possible at the discretion of the bearer. After you complete the form, our staff will mail you the physical tickets to the address provided.

The drawing for all five vehicles will be
October 12, 2024, at the
Annual Spaghetti Dinner, St. Francis Center Gymnasium.

The winner need not be present. No substitution of prize or cash in lieu of the prize. The winner Is responsible for taxes. Proceeds benefit St. Francis of Assisi Parish.
